NENI and Tel Aviv Beach are not merely the brand names of highly acclaimed dining and drinking locations in Vienna but epitomize the core values of Haya Molcho’s success story in Vienna’s gastronomy scene. Behind the acronym NENI stand the initials of Ms Molcho’s four sons. NENI is a family business in the best sense of the term. And Tel Aviv, to add the second hallmark of the Molcho family’s project, is more than Haya’s city of birth and early childhood. It is a life-style, an urban vibe which should be transposed to Vienna to enrich its cosmopolitan fabric.

The visit of Haya Molcho and her firstborn Nuriel to LBS was a unique opportunity to learn about various aspects of start-up entrepreneurship. Within a few years, Ms Molcho has turned her lifelong passion for marketplaces, international cuisine and hosting guests into a flourishing business which encompasses two NENI branches, a catering service, a quality product line for a large Austrian supermarket chain, and said Tel Aviv Beach bar. It came in handy that three of her sons have a business background and caught the enthusiasm for food and beverages.
