Lauder Business School (LBS) is proud to announce a strategic collaboration with Dr. Omri Bergman, Head of Strategy & Operations CEE at Google Vienna and Venturecake, Austriaโs first co-owned startup accelerator and innovation platform. As a mentor at Venturecake, Dr. Bergman will facilitate our studentsยด direct access to this one-of-a-kind acceleration ecosystem.
Each semester, LBS welcomes a number of entrepreneurial studentsโwhether they are in the ideation stage, launching startups, or already managing small businesses. Recognizing the need to support this growing community, Dr. Bergman will play a key role in connecting LBS students with Venturecakeโs startup ecosystem and providing them with the tools, mentorship, and network needed to accelerate their entrepreneurial journeys.
This initiative was born as a natural continuation of the inspiring Fireside Talk with Dr. Bergman, held at LBS in December 2024. During his visit, Dr. Bergman shared insights on AI, innovation, and leadershipโsparking conversations that have now led to this exciting new partnership. Through this collaboration, LBS will take an important step toward revitalizing its innovation center initiative by connecting interested students with Venturecake. Participants will gain access to expert mentorship, critical startup resources, and a potential launchpad for turning their ideas into viable ventures.
This partnership creates a mutually beneficial pathway: LBS students benefit from hands-on entrepreneurial support, while Venturecake gains early access to a pipeline of high-potential founders and innovative business ideas.
LBS is deeply grateful to Dr. Bergman for enabling this opportunity, which reinforces our commitment to fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and real-world impactโfurther elevating our position as a forward-thinking business school.
