Your Tasks:

• Independent processing of service requests and orders

• Support for the Customer Service Management team in handling contracts, audits, and service concepts across Austria (workshops)

• Processing of warranty claims for trucks, buses, and vans

• Administrative support in day-to-day operations

• Preparation of reports and KPIs

• Contribution of innovative ideas to improve communication with customers

Your Profile:

• Ongoing university of applied sciences (FH) studies with a business-related focus

• Excellent MS Office skills (SAP knowledge is a plus)

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities

• Hands-on attitude and proactive mindset

• High level of motivation and commitment to tackling new challenges

• Participation in purchasing processes (handling inquiries, creating offer comparisons, price negotiations, mail handling)

• Support in IT (setup and maintenance of systems, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, assisting in small development projects)

• Occasional assistance to the legal department (e.g., research tasks)

Your Profile:

• Current studies in Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering

• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SAP knowledge is a plus

• Ideally, first practical experience through internships

• Independent working style, strong communication skills, high motivation, and quick comprehension

• Good written and spoken English skills
