Internship Opportunity at MAN Truck & Bus – Vienna (Leopoldsdorf)

Position: FH Mandatory Internship (f/m/d) – Human Resources Development
Start Date: July 1, 2025
Duration: Approx. 6 months
Location: MAN Truck & Bus, Leopoldsdorf (30 min from Reumannplatz, easily reachable by bus)
Monthly Salary: €1,625 (according to collective agreement)

Your Tasks:

• Support in various human resources development activities

• Contribution to projects, including potential independent planning and implementation

• Preparation and participation in HR marketing activities (e.g. virtual fairs, creation of promotional materials)

• Organization and administration of training and qualification programs

• Training management and seminar billing

• Managing ordering processes including invoice handling

• Support in planning and running the summer camp for new apprentices

• Creating statistical evaluations and reports

Your Profile:

• Ongoing studies in social sciences or business with a focus on HR development

• Very good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SAP basics are a plus

• Independent, reliable, and team-oriented working style with strong initiative

• High motivation to learn and strong communication skills

• Enjoy working with people and taking on new challenges
