Role Summary:
You’ll join the Sales team (≈30 people) to manage inbound leads — guiding clients through the booking process from first contact to deal closure.
Main Responsibilities:
- 
Manage and convert hot leads into bookings (B2C focus, with ~30% B2B).

Understand client needs and advise them on tailored boating experiences.
 - 
Negotiate with boat owners for best prices and offers.
 - 
Ensure smooth client journeys and build long-term relationships.
 - 
Achieve monthly sales targets (with bonuses).

Conditions & Perks:

Compensation: €800 gross/month + €200 gross monthly bonus (uncapped, with performance boosters).
