FH Internship (m/f/d) – Procurement, IT & Legal

Company: MAN Truck & Bus, a TRATON GROUP company
Location: Vienna
Duration: approx. 6 months
Compensation: EUR 1,625 gross/month (according to collective agreement)

Your Responsibilities

We are looking for your support in several exciting areas:

Procurement: Handling inquiries, preparing offer comparisons, conducting price negotiations, processing incoming mail
IT: Setting up and maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software issues, contributing to smaller development projects
Legal: Occasional support for the Head of Legal, e.g. research tasks

Your Profile

Ongoing studies in Economics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering
Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SAP knowledge is an advantage
Ideally, first internship experience
Independent working style, strong communication skills, high level of commitment, and quick comprehension
Good command of English, both written and spoken
