Location: Leopoldsdorf (only 30 minutes from Reumannplatz by bus, also well connected by public transport)
Duration: 6 months, January 2026
Compensation: EUR 1,625 gross/month (according to collective agreement)

Your Responsibilities

We need you to support our HR Development team with:

• Supporting the implementation of personnel development tasks
• Assisting with and, where possible, independently managing or conceptualizing projects
• Involvement in the entire recruitment process for apprentices (pre-selection, administration, aptitude testing)
• Preparation and support of HR marketing activities, e.g. (virtual) career fairs and school visits
• Organization and administration of qualification measures
• Training management and seminar invoicing
• Preparation of statistical evaluations

Your Profile

• Ongoing studies in Social Sciences or Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Development
• Very good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); basic SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Independent and reliable working style, high commitment and willingness to learn
• Enjoyment in working with people and strong team orientation
• Excellent communication skills
