Compensation: EUR 1,625 gross/month (according to collective agreement)

Your Responsibilities

We need you to support our Customer Service Management team with:

• Independent order processing and support in service projects
• Assistance in contract management and service concepts across Austria (workshops)
• Processing of service contracts for trucks, buses, and vans
• Administrative support in day-to-day operations
• Contribution to attractive marketing activities for the service area
• Development of innovative ideas to improve customer communication

Your Profile

• Ongoing studies at a University of Applied Sciences (business/economics background)
• Very good MS Office skills (SAP is an advantage)
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Hands-on mentality and proactive approach
• High motivation and commitment when facing challenges
