Compensation: EUR 1,625 gross/month (according to collective agreement)

Your Responsibilities

We need you to support our HR team with:

• Recruiting: Maintaining the applicant tracking tool, supporting the recruitment process, creating job postings, etc.
• Day-to-day HR operations: Handling travel expenses, maintaining time management systems, KPI reporting, etc.
• Projects: Supporting and, where possible, independently taking over/conceptualizing HR projects

Your Profile

• Ongoing studies in Social Sciences or Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management
• Very good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); basic SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Independent and reliable working style, high commitment and willingness to learn
• Enjoyment in working with people and a strong team orientation
• Excellent communication skills
