RAVI Born to Shine GmbH is a fast-growing premium beauty brand based in Vienna, specialising in high-performance haircare and skincare. We are expanding our B2B activities in Germany and across the EU and are looking for a motivated Business Development Assistant to support our sales and commercial operations.

Your Tasks

• Research and contact beauty shops, salons and distributors in Germany/EU

• Support B2B sales activities, follow-ups and partner communication

• Prepare product information, price lists and sample shipments

• Maintain and update our CRM system

• Assist with events, trainings and trade fairs

• Provide on-site support at major fairs, especially Cosmoprof Bologna 2026

• Support management with general commercial and administrative tasks

Your Profile

• Fluent in German and English

• Commercial/business background (studies or first experience)

• Strong interest in beauty and cosmetics

• Communicative, structured and reliable working style

• Proactive, curious and eager to learn

• CRM knowledge is a plus

• Students welcome

What We Offer

• Freelance, part-time (10–15 hrs/week), mostly in-office in Vienna

• Minimum two half-days/week presence, hybrid possible

• Start: early 2026, initially 6 months (extension possible)
