Position: FH Mandatory Internship (f/m/d) – Customer Service Management
Start Date: July 1, 2025
Duration: Approx. 6 months
Location: MAN Truck & Bus, Vienna
Monthly Salary: €1,625 (according to collective agreement)

Your Tasks:

• Independent order processing and support in service projects

• Assistance with national service concepts and contracts (workshops)

• Handling of service contracts for trucks, buses, and vans

• Administrative support in day-to-day operations

• Development of marketing activities for the service area

• Contribution of innovative ideas to improve customer communication

Your Profile:

• Ongoing university of applied sciences (FH) studies with a business focus

• Very good MS Office skills (SAP is a plus)

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking

• Hands-on mentality and proactive mindset

• High level of motivation and commitment
