Lauder Business School is extremely proud to join forces with RHI in the areas of Internships, Traineeships and Graduate Career Development.
In summer 2014, three students of the Lauder Business School successfully completed Master and Bachelor theses in cooperation with RHI. Furthermore, another student successfully completed his bachelor internship at RHI.
Lauder Business School is very proud of its students: In October 2014, Ms. Yevgeniya Yelnyakova, MA (IML 2012 graduate) presented her Master thesis at RHI in the presence of Head of Human Resources Dkfm. Michael Merzbach.
Ms. Yelnyakova’s thesis, “The strategic location of HR ratios in a company and/or within the HR department with special reference to RHI AG”, investigated the rule of human resources metrics in contemporary human resource management (HRM) as well as the state of metrics currently used by companies.
