LBS Honors Best & Brightest at Director’s List Reception
Lauder Business School honored its most accomplished students at a special reception for Director’s List recipients. The Director’s List recognizes the achievement of Bachelor and Master students semester by semester. In order to be eligible for the Director’s List, students must have a semester GA of 1.25 or below (based on first exam attempts with a minimum of 25 examined ECTS in the respective semester). Students who have failed a course and students who have received an incomplete grade will not be eligible for the Director’s List.
“Excellence is a value that runs deep in our faculty and institution – from our bachelor students to our instructors” said the Director of Studies of the LBS Master programs, Prof. Poeschl in his remarks. “We applaud your commitment to excellence and trust that the success that you have achieved thus far will become the foundation for even greater accomplishments in the future” Prof. Poeschl added.
In the Fall term 2015-16 nine students have been placed on Directors’ List and they are therefore among the best 3% of LBS students.
“Having a special event that recognizes our top students helps to foster a sense of community and encourages a dialogue across all programs,” said Prof. Dem, Director of Studies of the Bachelor’s program.
