IML – New Curriculum (from Fall term 2015/16)

IML PROGRAM MISSION

The International Management and Leadership program at Lauder Business School aims to equip students with state-of-the-art entrepreneurial, management and business administration knowledge, skills and experiences to prepare future graduates for careers and ventures in highly competitive international markets.

Students will experience managerial and entrepreneurial challenges in the following modules:

  • Entrepreneurial Leadership
  • International Markets and Competitiveness
  • International Management
  • Finance and Controlling

 

The content of those modules will be applied and extended through an applied Business Research module and supported by an intensive Business English program.

An important part of the Lauder Business School experience will be action and evidence based learning:

  • Students will experience hands-on management challenges in your 8 month Student Consulting Project.
  • Students will learn how to start a new business venture and participate in our LBS Business Plan Competition
  • Students will learn how to integrate your acquired knowledge in the competitive LBS Business Simulation
  • Students will experience Harvard Business School courses due our Membership in the exclusive Microeconomics of Competitiveness (MOC) Network, which will be delivered through our Institute of Competitiveness and Harvard affiliated professors.
